RFQ # SP2025 /002 - Video System Upgrade
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) based on OPEN MARKET PRICING upgrade of the existing video system in the courtrooms of the Wilke D. Ferguson Federal Courthouse in Miami, FL. The primary goal is to modernize the AV infrastructure by replacing the legacy Crestron DM (DigitalMedia) video system with a Crestron NVX AV-over-IP platform. The existing Biamp Tesira audio DSP system will remain in place and be fully integrated with the new video system. This upgrade will preserve all current functionality while improving scalability, flexibility, and video quality. Award will be made on the lowest priced technically acceptable bid.
