CM/ECF System Notices

  1. PLANNED MAINTENANCE  July 12, 2026, from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

    PACER users and Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when signing in to the Production environment, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
