Introduction
The U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida located at the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building 99 NE Fourth Street Miami Ave Miami, FL 33132 is seeking a contractor for cyclical maintenance work. All the work described herein shall comply with the U.S. Courts Design Guide, PQ 100, and the latest requirements of the State or local Environmental Codes, National Fire Protection Association, the National Electrical Code and the most restrictive of all applicable Federal, State and/or local Codes.

This is a request for open market pricing. A firm-fixed price award will be made from this RFQ based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
