The Complaint asserts discrimination (race, age, and nationality), hostile working environment, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, and abuse of power claims against Plaintiff’s former employer and managers. Plaintiff was employed as a fisherman with Defendant Trident Seafoods and alleges numerous instances of misconduct during his time on board. Defendants have appeared and filed a motion to dismiss. Volunteer representation would entail representing Plaintiff during all pretrial proceedings, including discovery, mediation, and at trial, if necessary.
