Plaintiff Farris E. Wilson brings several claims against two police officers related to an incident on February 13, 2023 where officers approached and detained Plaintiff during the course of their investigation into a car accident. Officers allegedly used excessive force in detaining Plaintiff. Officers took Plaintiff into custody and took him to a hospital where he received medical treatment.
