RFQ Installation of 45-kVA UPS System in Data Center
The United States District Court (USDC) for the Southern District of Florida is seeking a contractor This project consists of furnishing, installing, and commissioning a 45-kVA online double-conversion UPS system to provide conditioned and redundant backup power to ten data center equipment racks. The scope includes a dedicated power distribution cabinet, twenty 208V power whips, rack-mounted PDUs, grounding and bonding, an Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch, and all required testing and commissioning. All work will be performed under a non-plenum raised floor and delivered as a fully operational, code-compliant power infrastructure salutations described in the attached Statement of Work.

Work Schedule: Schedule to be determined after award of contract.
Questions: Vendors must submit all questions in writing to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) via email. Answers to all questions submitted will be provided in writing to all vendors on the bidder’s list for this acquisition.
This is a request for Open Market Pricing. A fixed price award will be made from this RFQ based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.

The contractor and all employees will be subject to a government security clearance and criminal background check. The contractor shall submit a completed Background Investigation Form which will be provided to the contractor by the Contracting Officer for each employee who will be assigned to work at the Court. We require the names, dates of birth, social security numbers, race, and sex of the contractor's employees. All of the employees will have to come the courthouse to have their fingerprints taken before the background check is processed. All employees assigned to work at the Court for the term of the contract must have an approved Background Investigation Form on file with the Contracting Officer.
