Plaintiff, Tonya Moore, has filed claims under Title VII and related Florida statutes for workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, against Defendant University of Miami Hospital. Specifically, Ms. Moore alleges she was fired from her nursing job based on her race and national origin and claims other African American employees were fired when non-African-Americans did not face discipline.
