Defendant Nathanial Truax is pro se and seeks volunteer representation in a civil case. In this case, Plaintiff is an LLC seeking an injunction and monetary damages against their former employee Conner, as well as against Truax and two LLCs. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants diverted business opportunities from Plaintiff when they created rival companies using Plaintiff’s confidential information.
