Michael Rooney sued Camden Property Trust under the Truth in Lending Act on October 16, 2023. He is proceeding pro se and alleges that he was “unjustly deprived of [his] rightful beneficial interest in a coupon note valued at $4,194.82.” Mr. Rooney is currently in the process of amending his complaint, which must be filed by December 14, 2023.
