Pro se Plaintiff Sonia Rodriguez brings claims for copyright infringement and intellectual property misappropriation against Defendants, Grant Cardone and Cardone Capital LLC.  Plaintiff alleges that Defendants unlawfully used her original designs, projects, writings, and other creations, which she shared during discussions about potential joint ventures.  She contends that Defendants profited from her work without authorization or compensation.  Plaintiff filed her Complaint on October 15, 2024, and summonses were issued for both Defendants on November 26, 2024.  Plaintiff prefers to communicate in Spanish.
