Plaintiff, a Maryland resident, brings this suit under Section 1983 against various Florida police officers and state actors for an alleged incident that occurred in 2019. Plaintiff alleges that, during a visit to Florida, he was subjected to police mistreatment and brutality and then denied adequate medical care.
