Plaintiff Justin Pike filed suit against the City of Fort Pierce, several officers who work for the city, and two private citizens, bringing various constitutional claims arising out of an alleged false arrest and malicious prosecution in 2025. Plaintiff filed the operative Second Amended Complaint on November 10, 2025.
