Plaintiff Maximo Gomez is an inmate at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution. Plaintiff brings civil rights claims against Corrections Officer Porter and Sergeant Mariel, employed by Martin Correctional Institution, for excessive force, failure to intervene, and retaliation in connection with an alleged incident which took place on November 21, 2020 while Plaintiff was housed at Martin Correctional Institution.
