Plaintiff seeks representation in a civil action alleging breach of contract, negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. Plaintiff contends that Defendants failed to adhere to a contractual obligation to repair Plaintiff’s vehicle.
