Mr. Gainsburg is a former Florida-licensed attorney. He brings a seven-count complaint against the Florida Bar, the Florida Supreme Court, Joshua E. Doyle, and Linda I. Gonzalez. He raises claims under the First Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment, Americans with Disabilities Act, Sherman Act, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and the separation of powers doctrine.
