Plaintiff, Jacques Francois, seeks assistance in litigating this lawsuit in which he alleges claims for employment discrimination. Plaintiff alleges Broward College and one of its deans racially discriminated and retaliated against Plaintiff between August 2012 and July 2023, thereby preventing him from obtaining a new position within the organization.
