Plaintiff, while a pretrial detainee, filed a civil rights action alleging deliberate indifference to serious dental needs while confined at the Broward County Main Jail. An Order setting trial and pretrial deadlines has been entered. Trial is scheduled to begin during the two week period commencing December 18, 2023.
