The Complaint alleges that Geico General Insurance Company failed to settle claims with Plaintiff in good faith under Fla. Stat § 624.155(1)(b)(1). Plaintiff demands judgment against Geico for damages stemming from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on or about March 5, 2019, and the resulting claims. This case is at a very early stage, and volunteer representation would entail representing Defendant during all pretrial proceedings, including discovery, mediation, and at trial, if necessary.
