Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, brought suit against his former employer, the State Court System, the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County. The only pending count of the Complaint alleges discrimination based on national origin. Defendant has filed an answer and affirmative defenses as to that sole count. Volunteer representation would entail representing Plaintiff during all pretrial proceedings, including discovery, mediation, and at trial, if necessary.
