The Plaintiff filed suit against the Defendant for violations of the Federal Fair Housing Act. She is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this matter. Her original complaint was dismissed without prejudice, however, based upon arguments raised in the Motion to Dismiss briefing, the court granted her leave to file an Amended Complaint, in which she intends to allege that she and her child were denied a parking accommodation despite their limited mobility status.
