Plaintiff filed a pro se civil action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that the Florida Department of Children and Families violated her constitutional rights when the Department removed Plaintiff’s child from Plaintiff’s custody. Plaintiff alleges that the Department made false statements to the Court. Plaintiff seeks money damages. Volunteer representation would entail representing Plaintiff for her pro se case.
