Plaintiff, Hera Becker, files suit against Defendant, Isabel Casillas Guzman, in her official capacity as Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”), for injunctive relief and declaratory judgment. Plaintiff seeks a declaration from the court that Plaintiff is not liable for a loan and that Plaintiff is not required to send the SBA any further personal information. Plaintiff also requests injunctive relief to enjoin the SBA from sending collection notices, bills, or taking any adverse action against Plaintiff.
