- PLANNED MAINTENANCE for Pacer System: Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM PACER users and Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) e-filers may experience the following:
- Intermittent authentication issues when logging in to the Production environment
- Intermittent disruptions to PACER Case Locator (PCL) search functionality may occur
