NOTICE

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for brand name or equal furniture products for the United States Probation Office (USPO) Kendall, Florida. 

A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the vendor’s ability to provide products that meet the identified brand name or equal specifications, furniture requirements, and overall best value to the Judiciary. All proposed equivalent products must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and functional requirements outlined in the RFQ; The Court reserves the right to evaluate all submissions for compliance with specifications, quality, compatibility, and overall value.

Interested vendors  invited to request the RFQ package for review and consideration. The RFQ package will include applicable requirements, specifications, submission instructions and evaluation criteria.

The contractor and all employees will be subject to a government security clearance and criminal background check. The contractor shall submit a completed Background Investigation Form which will be provided to the contractor by the Contracting Officer for each employee who will be assigned to work at the Court. We require the names, dates of birth, social security numbers, race, and sex of the contractor's employees. All the employees will have to come to the courthouse to have their fingerprints taken before the background check is processed. All employees assigned to work at the Court for the term of the contract must have an approved Background Investigation Form on file with the Contracting Officer.
