RFQ # SP2026 /003 - Video System Upgrade

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) based on OPEN MARKET PRICING upgrade of the existing video system in the Paul Rogers Federal Building and Courthouse in West Palm Beach, FL. This Statement of Work (SOW) covers the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of an updated Audio/Visual system for the courtroom of Judge Middlebrooks located at the Paul G. Rogers Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 701 Clematis St #453, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

The scope includes replacement of the existing Crestron DM video distribution infrastructure with a new Crestron NVX IP-based AV-over-IP system, integration of all display endpoints, PC and video source inputs, video conferencing, document camera, annotation, and audio integration via the existing Biamp Tesira DSP platform. The system shall support full 1080p video throughout.

Award will be made on the lowest priced technically acceptable bid.
