If you are experiencing issues with the Training Modules, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Clearing your browser history will ensure that the proper files load correctly.
How To Clear Your Cache:
Internet Explorer, versions 8 through 11, MS Windows
To find your version of Internet Explorer, IE, click the tools icon in the upper right. Select About Internet Explorer. Version information displays.
IE 8:
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- In the menu bar at top, click Tools > Internet Options then, in the General tab, click Delete.
- Click each of the following and then select Yes: · Delete files… · Delete cookies… · Delete history…
- Click Close and then OK.
IE 9 through 11:
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- In the menu bar at top, click Tools (Gear icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.
- If Preserve Favorites website data is checked, click in it to remove the check mark.
- If using a public computer, also click the Form data, Passwords, and Tracking Protection, ActiveX Filtering and Do Not Track check boxes.
- Click Delete.
- Close the browser window.
MS Edge
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- In the upper right, click on the three dots
- Click on Settings
- Select "Privacy, search, and services"
- Select "Clear browsing data"
- Select "Choose what to clear"
- Make sure only "Cached images and files" is selected and click clear now.
Chrome, version 13 and greater, MS Windows
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- In the upper right, click the icon with three dots
- Click More Tools > Clear browsing data… The Clear browsing data box displays.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Close the browser window.
Firefox, MS Windows
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- In the upper right, click the Open menu icon: ≡.
- Click Options. The Options paged displays.
- From the options of the left side of the page, click Privacy & Security.
- In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
- Close the browser window.
Firefox, Mac OSX
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- In your browser’s menu bar, click the Firefox menu and click History > Clear Recent History.
- From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything.
- Expand the Details section and check both Cookies and Cache.
- Click Clear Now.
Safari, versions 3 through 9, Mac OSX Safari 3 through 8
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- From the Safari menu, click Develop > Empty Caches.
Safari 9
- Make sure only one browser window is open.
- From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
- Click Remove all website Data.
- Confirm the information and then click Remove Now.
