Resolving Error Messages
Answer:
- Open Internet Explorer. (If you are not using Internet Explorer, please locate “Internet options” on the browser you are using and adapt the basic instructions below.)
- Click on “Tools – Internet Options.” Under Browsing History, click the Delete button.
- On the screen Delete Browsing Options, you can delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, Form Data, and Passwords individually or you can delete everything listed by choosing the “Delete All” button on the bottom of the screen.
- Restart your web browser by closing the browser window. (Click the x in the upper right corner of your web browser, i.e. Internet Explorer).
