Plaintiff Kayla Gilchrist has filed a complaint alleging claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d), the Florida Civil Rights Act, Fla. Stat. § 760.01 et seq., the Miami Dade County Human Rights Ordinance, among others. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Lula Technologies, Inc., her former employer, engaged in racial and gender discrimination. Plaintiff seeks representation in connection with a Motion to Dismiss, filed by Defendants, as well as a mediation, which the parties are currently attempting to schedule.
