Plaintiff Rodolfo Valdez seeks representation in his Fair Housing Act and Florida Civil Rights Act suit against the owner of his leased residence, Lloyd Jones LLC. Plaintiff alleges that the owner engaged in a pattern and practice of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation against him on the basis of his disability, race, and national origin when he filed complaints about disrepair in his rented residence.
