MedsMeHappy, Inc et al v. Pharmazu USA Inc et al (25- CV-80180-RLR) Posted 06/12/2025

Pro se Defendant Adam Brooks has been sued for (1) breach of contract, (2) trademark infringement (under 15 U.S.C. § 1114), unfair competition, false designation of original and false advertisement (under 15 U.S.C. § 1125), (3) common law trademark infringement, (4) common law unfair competition, (5) conversion, (6) unjust enrichment, (7) misappropriation of trade secrets (under 18 U.S.C. § 1836 et seq. and Fla. Stat. § 688 et seq.), and (8) negligent infliction of emotional distress. The Plaintiffs include a company that develops, manufactures and markets nutritional supplements for pets as well as the president of the company. The complaint alleges that Defendant Brooks wrongfully appropriated Plaintiffs’ trademarks, trade secrets, and other property in breach of a noncompete clause in the parties’ contract.
