Plaintiff, Joseph Marks, filed a pro se Complaint alleging claims for “fraudulent reporting to the IRS” and negligence against Bank of America for inaccurately reporting a charged off credit account, and seeking compensatory and punitive damages. Plaintiff submitted relevant documents as an attachment to the Complaint and is in need of an attorney to assist with determining the appropriate cause(s) of action. This case is at a very early stage, and volunteer representation would entail representing Plaintiff during all pretrial proceedings, including discovery, mediation, and at trial, if necessary.
