Guardian Ad Litem Opportunity

On December 15, 2022, Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Norwegian Bliss cruise ship was at sea upon navigable waters. Plaintiff, a minor, was a passenger on board the ship and suffered injuries while playing in the Kids’ Aqua Park. The Parties have reached a settlement, and the Court is seeking an attorney to act as a guardian ad litem for the minor Plaintiff to ensure that the terms of the settlement are in Plaintiff’s best interest and that the recovery is preserved for Plaintiff.
