Pro se Plaintiff Thore Holm Hansen seeks review of a United States Customs & Immigration Service’s February 15, 1979 deportation order, which Plaintiff alleges was unlawful because he was in fact a U.S. citizen at the time. Plaintiff is a citizen of Norway but alleges that, unbeknownst to him until recently, he automatically became a U.S. citizen as a child when his father acquired U.S. citizenship.
