Defendant/Claimant Barbara Van Wart seeks representation in this interpleader action determining several claimants’ rights to a $1 million death benefit. Ms. Van Wart, the decedent’s mother, had previously been listed as a beneficiary. She argues that her omission as a beneficiary in the most recent death benefit is due to fraud.
