This is a personal injury and product liability lawsuit brought by a former Lowe’s employee in connection with injuries Plaintiff obtained while working. Plaintiff alleges he was operating a drivable power stocker when the machine’s safety gates malfunctioned, causing Plaintiff to fall out of the power stocker resulting in serious and permanent injuries.
