Plaintiff Isaac Arroyo, proceeding pro se, is seeking legal representation in connection with a lawsuit he filed alleging the American Federation of Government Employees, in coordination with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, violated his constitutional rights and breached duties owed to him by failing to adequately represent him in employment proceedings.
The case is in the early stages of litigation and is administratively closed because Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or been permitted to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff has until October 30, 2025 to file an amended complaint and either pay the filing fee or submit a sufficient motion to proceed in forma pauperis.
