If you are admitted to the Southern District of Florida and would like a Duplicate Certificate of Admission (the Certificate issued upon passing the Southern District of Florida’s Bar exam), please send a written request (click here for form) and a check for $18.00 (per certificate) payable to The Clerk, US Courts to the following address:
