INTEREST RATE ON POST JUDGMENTS in the Federal Court

28 U.S.C. 1961, 18 U.S.C. 3612, and 40 U.S.C. 258 (e) (1)

Each Monday we are provided the new post judgment interest rate.

This rate is applicable from: The Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday) after the “Week Ending” date through the following Sunday.

This rate can be referenced via the internet at:
