The Clerk’s Office in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce divisions is open to the general public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on regular business days. Customer service is also provided over the telephone from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in these divisions. Due to limited staffing, these hours do not apply to the Key West Office. However, Clerk’s Office personnel will provide public assistance via telephone when the Key West Office is not staffed. Please contact the Miami Clerk’s Office for further information. The United States Probation Office in Key West is open during regular business hours. Note: Jurors may be called to report as early as 8:00 a.m., and the Jury section will be open to greet them at their designated reporting time. Jurors should follow their reporting instructions as to their designated time of appearance at the courthouse. PLEASE NOTE: When visiting any of our Courthouses, a picture ID is required for entry into the building.
