On a national level, there have been reports of connectivity issues affecting the Courts. These issues are intermittently affecting all uscourts.gov web sites and may include the FLSD CM/ECF system. Attorneys may have difficulty filing via CM/ECF and accessing our local website.
As a precautionary measure, it is suggested that you review the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures, Section 3H(4) “Technical Failure of the Court’s CM/ECF System” at http://www.flsd.uscourts.gov/?page_id=54
