Resolving Error Messages
Answer:
- CM/ECF click on the ‘Utilities’ feature from the blue menu bar.
- Click the “Maintain Your Account” link.
- Click the “Email information” button.
- Click on the “Primary e-mail address” and delete the primary e-mail address from the Configuration Options area.
- Click the “Return to Person Information Screen” button.
- Click Submit.
- Click Submit again.
- Return to 'Utilities' > 'Maintain Your Account' > 'Email information' to add the primary e-mail address back to your account.
- Click the “Return to Person Information Screen” button.
- Click Submit.
- Click Submit again.
This will reset the email accounts on file and resolve the error.
