Plaintiff filed a complaint against Aberdeen Golf & Country Club and Waterford at Aberdeen Association, Inc., alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12182 et. seq., the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601 et seq., and the Florida Fair Housing Act (“FLFHA”), § 760.20, et seq. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Defendants failed to provide her, a legally blind individual, with reasonable accommodations, and that they imposed discriminatory terms and conditions against her and retaliated against her for asserting her fair housing rights. The parties eventually stipulated to dismissal of claims against Aberdeen Golf & Country Club, but the plaintiff is proceeding with her claims against Waterford at Aberdeen Association, Inc.
