Mitchell, Henry v. Steel et al (25-CV-80983- Jeffrey T. Kuntz) Posted 09/24/2026

Plaintiff, a pro se prisoner, filed this civil rights action for deliberate indifference to a serious medical need against medical staff employed by a private healthcare provider that serves the incarcerated population. This case is in its early stages, and volunteer representation would involve representing Plaintiff through all pretrial proceedings, including discovery, mediation, and trial, if necessary.
