Plaintiff Reginald Eugene Grimes (“Mr. Grimes”) seeks an attorney to assist in prosecuting a civil rights Bivens action . Mr. Grimes alleges Defendants Officer Richard Rott, five unknown federal agents, and the Drug Enforcement Agency violated his constitutional rights when they assaulted him, unlawfully searched his vehicle, and seized his property. The plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages. The case is currently at the summary judgment stage and is set for trial beginning on January 21, 2020.
