Plaintiff Jeanette Dominguez brings claims against Radiologic P.L., Sanchez Radiology P.L., Carlos Sanchez M.D., and Carlos G. Sanchez M.D. P.A. for violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants failed to pay her overtime and that Defendants retaliated against her in violation of the FLSA.
