Plaintiff has filed a Complaint against the Florida Bar and the Florida Board of Bar Examiners to challenge the residency requirement as part of his conditional admission to the Florida Bar. This case is at a very early stage, and volunteer representation would entail representing Plaintiff during all pretrial proceedings, including for summary judgment, and at trial, if necessary.
