EMPLOYMENT Citizenship Requirements Employees of the United States Courts must be citizens of the United States or citizens of countries with treaty relations with the United States, as defined by the United States Department of State, and confirmed by the Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts. Non-citizen applicants must possess valid and unexpired immigration and work status documents. Applying for a Position The Human Resources Office accepts applications or resumes only for announced vacancies. Please review our current Vacancies online. Each Notice of Vacancy includes specific qualification requirements for the position and directions on how to apply for each position. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications as stated in the announcement. Unfortunately, interviews cannot be offered to all applicants. Applicants will be notified when the position has been filled.
