Upon docketing an entry, I received the following message. Error: ProcessPeople failed. An Internal Error has occurred the error code is 47. error:ProcessPeople failed.

1. On the CM/ECF Utilities menu, click Maintain Your Account.
The Person/User Editor dialog box appears.
2. Click the Email information button.
The Email Information for dialog box appears.
3. Delete the Primary e-mail address.
4. Click the Return to Person Information Screen button.
The dialog box refreshes to display the Email
Information screen.
5. Click the Return to Person Information Screen button
again.
The Maintain User Account dialog box appears.
6. Click Submit.
7. Click Submit, again
8. Return to the Utilities menu and add the Primary e-mail address again
9. Click the Return to Person Information Screen button
The Maintain User Account dialog box appears.
6. Click Submit.
7. Click Submit, again

This will reset the email accounts on file and resolve the error.
